Arrived early, was supposed to be here at the latest 5/9/24 ..On 5/7/24 i received an email around 10:00 pm stating they was being shipped and I actually received them on 5/8/24 around 1:15pm by UPS !!!! I definitely surprised !!! I asked my husband if he was expecting a package, He said " Not until tomorrow " He said "It's for you", I said "WOW, That was just shipped last night :)

They took well over a week to ship my item and when it finally arrived they had taken cuttings off of it. I tried to have them send me a tree that wasnt butchered but they decided to say, oh no its just been pruned. You wouldnt pick this tree out of a selection at the store and i would have been embarrased to send someone this knowing its a cutting tree, but im not everyone. We will end up throwing it in the garbage and buying one locally. Thats what we should have done and what you should do 2

We only took 4 business days to ship your order, not "well over a week". Your order was actually delivered before your estimated delivery date.Also, when you brought up to us about your tree being pruned, we then explained to you that not only is this standard practice for grafted citrus trees but an important aspect of the growing process and will help your tree develop more branches. Out of over a 1000 orders for our grafted citrus trees, you're the first to not seem to be able to grasp this.
