    Brand new as listed. I am impatient and needed this before I ordered it. Shipping was a little slow, but some of the blame will lie with usps, which seller has no control over, and they are, in my opinion, out of control. And now they want to increase stamp prices and deliver slower! Man, what a racket! You know since this angle works for them, maybe I could sell the air we breath and ship through usps!

    The container was damaged during shipment. The oil leaked out all over the outer box and onto my porch. This obviously was not the sellers fault. This is on FedEx. How the delivery driver could leave this on my porch leaking like this is unacceptable. The seller did refund my money. Thank you.
