Some points off, however, for: (a) not shipping for a week (-3 pts); (b) not giving a tracking number when asked -- USPS gave me one a few days later (-3 pts); and (c) no shipping protection -- item was sliding around in an oversize box with no packing paper or bubble wrap -- luckily, the item wasn't damaged in transit (-4 pts). All's well, so this transaction is an A- (score of 90/100). Thanks!
