Simply horrible. The kit was listed as "used", but it doesn't remotely resemble the listing photo. The photo shows an intact box and item. When I removed the shipping envelope, I found a box that was torn, water damaged, crumpled, taped together with packing tape, one corner torn open and the original graphic half-concealed. I could overlook the incomplete kit with damaged parts, if I wasn't duped by the photo. Not surprisingly, no returns and no response from the vendor.
