    Great quality, however...

    My cats love this window because it allows them the freedom to go outside onto my patio...now the ‘catio’. Yes I recommend it if you are handy or have access to a hardware store. Item description did not specify that the product being “adjustable” meant the customer had to cut ( or have cut) the additional piece of trimwood added to fit to the window. Yes, the product is great quality however it is awfully expensive for the customer to have to do more to it once it arrives. The flap doesn’t seem to completely close when my cat enters and exits either ( I’m hoping that it will loosen once it is used more often. The flap was also covered with a protective film that left multiple smudges on it regardless of what I used to clean it.

    Good quality and works great!

    Fits right in the window, looks great. The two little side windows allow light in and give it a more open feel. One of our cats was using it within three days and the other one within a week! Has really cut back on letting the cats in and out. I would recommend it to anyone with inside/outside cats.

    Great Quality

    I really didnt expect the pet door to be as nice as it is just because it was not extremely expensive- it surprised me!! Its STURDY and well engineered. Im VERY excited about it and the kitties will be too. They will have access to the house from the enclosed front porch during the day- pretty awesome
