The shipping was fast. Sadly this charger can't charge protected 21700 batteries which was the main reason I bought this charger. It's written in the Manuel and I double checked with an actual battery. I'm going to keep the charger and leave a positive review for fast shipping and communication. Plus this is my first charger with a screen that gives you info about the batteries that can be charged, which is helpful. If your looking for a charger to charge protected 21700's then this isn't it.
