Both pressure and temperature seem to work well on this gauge. Make sure to remove your filter basket before trying to gauge the pressure. I didn't read the sellers instructions very thoroughly and struggled with the pressure reading until I removed the basket. Thank you!

I installed the 9 Bar spring (down from 12 Bar stock) to get a better sense of how much pressure was flowing and the brew water temp on my fairly new Gaggia Classic Pro espresso machine. I recently took the plunge and upgrade to a PID temp control with Bar pressure gauge and flow control kits and the portafilter pressure and my new Bar pressure gauge read the same reading at .9 Bar pressure .very coo
