They did their best, it was anbiguous drawing showing the measurements of the towel rack, which didn't fit my studs. They dragged their feet on the return, waiting until the last day, when eBay was about to step in and force a return. They finally accepted the return. I would still buy from them again.

Does the job despite Tray Flaw
The only problem is in the design of the retaining tabs that hold the grease tray. The tabs are barely long enough to hold the tray in position. If you bump or jar the unit the tray can dislodge from the retaining tabs. If hot grease is in the tray, it could cause a spill into the lower area of the oven, possibly on to any buns in the oven. This design flaw was the only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating.The only problem is in the design of the retaining tabs that hold the grease tray. Didn't work
Simply put, it did not work. The rollers did not roll when the switch was flipped, the drip tray kept falling down onto the hotdogs, and the door to the bun compartment had a broken hinge.
