Sent me out a completely faulty, terrible quality product in awful condition that was apparently brand new, then when I complained & asked for assistance with this, they accused me of threatening them (?) and eventually got to the resolution of them sending me a new box to return the product in, due to theirs falling apart upon arrival, this new box is also falling apart, ripped everywhere.
