I am beyond disappointed in the way my transaction was handled. Due diligence was not followed in the processing and shipping of my order. I ordered the package and it was forwarded to a commercial mail receiving agency in California. I reached out to USPS and was told there is nothing they can do. I contacted the seller and the seller was very nonchalant. Little support was offered. I am disgusted and disappointed. There are other vendors, I don’t recommend. A complete waste of money.

Help, once I ship and send to a post office and that tracking number is provided to you. I’ve done my main part in the process. It is out of my control that the post office messed up. And you had to go through them for support. Even eBay reached out for you to do the same. Sorry this happen unfortunately things like this do happen. But you should have gotten your money back through a claim with the post office. Yes it’s an Hassle but they do refund.
