Cheap plastic seat
First the plastic is too light for the soft close mechanism so it takes ages for seat to go down & when my child lufts his lid the seat comes too so it has to be left open all the time. Second its broken where it attaches to toilet. It doesn't tighten properly so moves & then it doesn't lock in place so can come off completely! Total waste of money! rubbish toilet seat
The pictures are misleading, it is a lot more pointed than it looks and so juts well out from the toilet pan. The seat can't be fitted so that it doesn't move. It moves from side to side and there are no instructions on how to fit it. I will now have to go out and buy a new toilet seat now. If you want a toilet seat that doesn't move do not buy this one

Very dissapointed!
They have sent the wrong size of item. They wanted me to send it back on my cost (£13)?! When I did not agree, they sent me a return label and said, if I am wrong and it was the good item, they will charge me £5 for return. I sent them a picture where it is clearly visible, that the size is different than on the website, but they still behaved like I am maybe wrong!
