How can it be reasonable for them to give themselves an 18 hour window during which they will give you 5 seconds to either be right there or lose the items. I repeatedly told them to leave it at the front entrance via their “communication”(sic) portal. You can’t phone them. Clearly there is some perverse incentive for them to leave a ‘we missed you’ notice rather than make delivery.
