Samsung Australia had 10 tv's on their Ebay listing..... I paid $1750 for one. All good. Even got a tracking notice to say it was half way on the way. Then Samsung Aust messaged to say they and the warehouse have no control of stock [go figure ]....thus no tv for me.After much communication I was getting sick of the usual "we are sorry" They did not seem to know what the other part of their company was doing.Why advertise an item if you cannot honor it? BEWARE .Dont use them !

The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
