Had to wait 3 weeks for TV to arrive. Upon arrival, the whole TV was bent in the middle despite being only box damage. I requested a refund and within a week the TV was collected and refund was sent back to my PayPal. However, the time wasted waiting for the TV to arrive and collected again was not worth the hassle of buying from Samsung eBay ever again.

Damaged TV was received, I have contacted Samsung Australia over the phone. Samsung promised that they will organise a replacement TV to be sent out to me (Samsung Ref 8221066189). Few weeks passed already, and nothing happened. I have tried to contact Samsung for few times, unable to speak to the case manager, and now they ask to call ebay directly. Seems like Samsung does not want to take responsibility resolve the issue.
