Absolute joke of a company, never received the item only to be told the item is out of stock after 2 months. would give it negative stars if i could. zero clue from customer service on where the items are. no idea how a company of this calibre can stuff up so much, deserves all the negative feedback. huge waste of my time.

The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
