TV never arrived, seller "away" for 3 month and still away. No contact whatsoever, Samsung main online store is just as bad, escalation upon escalation, nothing is done. This store should be kicked off Ebay.

Absolute joke of a company, never received the item only to be told the item is out of stock after 2 months. would give it negative stars if i could. zero clue from customer service on where the items are. no idea how a company of this calibre can stuff up so much, deserves all the negative feedback. huge waste of my time.

The service is extremely disappointing. I placed an order at the end of FEB with an ETA del in early APR. Despite reporting that I'd not received my TV & expressing my desire to keep the order, I received no response & they've now issued a refund without any communication. It's concerning that it took me having to report the issue for them to take action. I can't help but wonder if they were planning on holding onto the money and hoping that the expiration date would pass before making a claim.
