Closest thing to gym quality. Better than the type with feet closer to floor which hurt my tendons because of the pressure on your ankles. They're all uncomfortable but this one you can adjust the roller pads up or down your calves and omit the foot holders if you want.

There were supposed to be 4 square end caps for the handle bars -- three of these fitted.... God only knows what the 4th end cap that came with it was meant to fit. For some reason these is a locking screw device in addition to the pin adjustment on the foot rest..... again God only knows why. The instructions are a bit obscure in parts.
