      Good for information value

      I originally purchased the book for information in regards to being recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Not knowing what and how to change my eating habits to enhance my health. I researched the internet and bookshops, nothing really helped only telling me what I can't eat with no suggestions or help with what you can. This book is a breath of fresh air giving ideas. Worth a purchase.

      A bit confusing but good

      Whilst the book was interesting I found I was more confused after reading it than I was before. It made me realise the best way forward is simply reduced carbs, more fibre and healthy eating.
