Love, Love, Love Elmocize Video
This video is fun! Educational! And great for exercising with. The kids learn body parts as well as exercises. Has fun music, singing and dancing, indoor and outdoor exercises and Elmo entertains with Sesame Street characters and friends. The tape begins and ends perfectly. My kids love interacting with this tape everyday. It promotes a healthy environment and keeps kids from being couch potatoes. This tape is one of Elmo’s best!This video is fun! Educational! Not what I expected...
I bought Elmocize in hopes of getting a cute, simple work-out that my children could do each morning (ages 5,3,2). They love Sesame Street, so I was expecting to have the kids exercise right along with the Sesame Street characters. Although there is a little of that, almost half of the video is story and entertainment. It seems to be a few minutes of exercise, then a short story section. Then another exercise segment, then more entertainment. It is a cute video for them to watch once or twice, but it did not fit my expectations as a work-out video at all. If you are just looking for some "active" entertainment, you will probably love it. It gets them up and moving more than a regular Sesame Street episode would. As always, Elmo is a favorite charater. The video has lots of great songs and has a wonderful story for young children.
