    No way to contact seller --- wrong item sent. The plastic package had a black granular product in it and I didn't read the label until I needed to use it today. Then I read the label and it says it's "8% cross linked cation resin in the sodium form." I don't know what that is, but it's Not activated Carbon. I'd like to send this back and get the right product. Online pictures of 8% cross linked cation resin in the sodium form do NOT look like what you sent, so I'm puzzled.
