There were two things: -1. Our handling time is of 3 days and the post office was closed for the next day.2. Also due to some technical glitch our shipment wasn't getting accepted so there it took some time.We respect you buyer but you must have to contacted us before taking such harsh action. As promised we have shipped the item safely and securely. Sometimes issues might occur and we too resolve them that takes some time, but for that calling and marking as "FRAUD" is not acceptable.Regard
