The 2nd hand jammed on the big hand and our clock would stop. Following many mails with pics and video, instead of offering me a replacement, seller offered me a 20% refund, on a clock that when jammed did not work? I accepted under the proviso I would remove the cover and push the big hand back to allow clearance. But if that didn't work I would be returning the clock. It seems to have been ok since then, but such a repair on a new clock, carried out by the buyer, shouldn't have been required.
