The Christmas puppy unfortunately didn’t arrive due to problems with Australia post . However, the seller , Kaye was fantastic and issued a full refund without hesitation . She insisted if the Christmas puppy arrived to still keep it , regardless of the refund that was issued , which was extremely generous .
