I was very satisfied until I received the IronWolf Pro drive. I knew upfront of their no return policy and should have been more discerning in my purchase. The drive was wrapped in multiple postal service bubble mailers. No box. It failed as soon as I used it. After numerous attempts to get it working I was forced to do an RMA with Seagate and return the drive under warranty. I am extremely disappointed.
