    The record arrived broken into many pieces. It was packed cheaply and inappropriately.Seller refused to refund or replace saying "it is not my problem". The sellers attitude and communication is more upsetting than the broken item. This was the first time in many years I have encountered a seller who so sadly represents poor customer service and a lack of understanding what it means.

    As you can see, every record and item I have sold has perfect feedback on quality, packaging, speed, communication, etc. I am sorry it broke. Most likely fault of USPS. But to say it was “cheaply and inappropriately” packaged is wrong. There is no evidence of that from you or my reviews. Being schellac maybe your pressure broke it. Who knows? But I will not blame you. Also, you are incorrect by saying you have not been sent the return label. I sent it within the next day after hearing from you.
