    Coin was as described. Purchase went smoothly but the seller chose to use the EBay shipping program (which is even worse than the Global Shipping Program was) which I pad $21.40 for. They used DHL which demanded another $47.20 CDN for duty and GST even thought the coin is .999 fine silver and exempt from all these charges because it is deemed to be bullion. No paperwork showing these mistaken charges so I can’t apply for a refund, and the seller won’t help get the paperwork from DHL.
