This product was received as advertised. Upon receipt I inspected the manifold and found the regulator lock nut was CROSS threaded, I unscrewed the nut and found there was NO regulator valve inside the regulator housing. This is behind the RED KNOB in the photos.Therefore this manifold is USELESS. Please advise.
