Simply Stunning Daryl Hall Solo Album
I was lucky enough to accidentally come across a couple of tracks from this album whilst browsing on youtube which I thought were fabulous and after finding which album they came from and further online listens to the other tracks, I decided that Can't Stop Dreaming was really beautiful. It wasn't easy to find at a reasonable price but found it in the US in the end. It was worth the wait for it to arrive. My husband downloaded it to our computer and phone for posterity and safe keeping so I can protect the cd itself. The tracks are gorgeous and is highly recommended to those who love Daryl Hall's phenomenal voice and soul sound. Great solo album with echos of previous joint efforts.
Solo album by Daryl that features both new and old tunes remixed.I bought this album since I heard 'Let me be the one' track on Pandora. This track is by far the best. There is a reprise of 'she's gone' which is a well known Hall and Oats song redone in a down tempo style. The title track Cab Driver is dramatic, yet not what I have come to expect from a solo album. The title track 'Never Let Me Go' does not even compare to 'Let me be the one' which is by far the best track on the album. This is the second time I bought this Cd because I wore the first one out. Love Daryl Hall...The music on this has great words and music. He has such a great voice that I can pick it out when ever I hear it. I even love to hear him just talk. I also think is so handsome. A handsome man who can sing, write, and deliver beautiful, soulful music. Music is the bridge between heaven and earth.
