I had to return this item because my laptop DIED out on me & I wasn't able to FULLY test the screen unfortunately. But, the item was EXACTLY as described, very fast shipping & packaged very well!!! The seller gave me a FULL REFUND RIGHT AWAY & even after I offered to allow them to take out 10 to 20 dollars for ALL of the trouble that they went through the seller KINDLY declined.
