Actually the item arrived earlier than expected. Very efficient operation by the look of it. instructions could do with a review as building the first one took a while to understand the instructions. There were numerous screws to keep track of, but in the end the product does what is needed, stores furniture covers and you can put your feet up when item is complete.

I was surprised by the Price and Quality of this product it was far better than I expected. The packaging was so good it was a shame to cut it open. I must also congratulate Costway-Au on their choice of delivery. I have, in the past had many bad experiences with deliveries. I was surprised when this was so good. Costway-au used Direct Freight to deliver and they were Excellent. They sent me an email asking where to put it if I wasn't there to receive it. Well done Costway-au and Direct Freight.

I was absolutely delighted with the chair. It's better than it looks in the photos. So I ordered another one and told them how pleased I was and asked if there was any way they could do the postage for a bit less than the $63 I had paid for the first one. The person answering my enquiry didn't acknowledge my enthusiastic comments, just asked for my address and postcode, then eventually came back saying it's a fixed postal charge!.....That's not how would of handled it. Left a bad taste really.
