Anlasslich des gescheiterten Steuerabkommens zwischen Deutschland und der Schweiz untersucht Frederic Raue die historische Amnestiegesetzgebung in Deutschland sowie die Phanomene Gnade, Abolition, Selbstanzeige nach 371 AO und Steueramnestien. Waren Amnestien zu Zeiten der Weimarer Republik noch fester Bestandteil der rechtspolitischen Tagesordnung, sind sie nach Grundung der Bundesrepublik seltener geworden. Das Grundgesetz etwa schweigt sich uber Amnestien und deren Erlasskompetenz ganzlich aus. Dennoch traten sie auch weiterhin in verschiedensten Ausformungen in Erscheinung und sind in der rechtspolitischen Geschichte des Staates nicht wegzudenken. In Ermangelung einer gesetzlichen Regelung erarbeitet der Autor verfassungsrechtliche Massstabe fur den Erlass von Straffreiheitsgesetzen im Allgemeinen und Steueramnestien im Besonderen.

Fantastic seller! My item took longer than normal to arrive but that's due to them sending me the wrong dvd. Not to worry though, I contacted them and they arranged for the correct dvd to be sent out.
