I got the LC1 strap yolk and it missing two hooks from the back. However, the seller didn’t mention anything about missing parts. Even the item image shows all 4 hooks. The seller is playing dumb. I sent him the same photos as I attached here. He messaged me that he didn’t see what was missing and if I could send him a detailed overview of the photo. I think it’s detailed enough to see the missing hooks from the back part. It's a shame that eBay will have to step in.

You bought x2 items - This is about just one of them?! From your zoomed in photos & description it wasn't clear what parts were missing so we asked for larger photos. It looked like you had received an as new item vs a used one. You only sent those images yesterday - It's a weekend & we would have responded on a working day! We haven't got to solutions & thanks for the threat - ebay isn't involved yet! We can't send out any kind of replacement on a Sunday. You're somewhat hasty here!
