Do NOT use the cleaning pads provided. They break down the surface making the surface completely unable to be "stuck" too. Wash to remove the loose material then let dry if you do use them. Best not to use them. I had to manually remove the 3M tape and buy another double sided tape to use, but unfortunately the passenger beside door visor still didn't stick properly and has come off on a highway.
