It was a real pleasure to deal with Loretta. The purse was in excellent condition as described. Loretta respond to messages fast and in detail. The transaction went very smoothly and communication with the seller was quick and easy. The pottery was exactly as described and in superb condition, especially for being over 50 years old. Since we lived closer to the seller than originally expected, the seller actually lowered the shipping costs. The pottery piece was VERY well packed.
