There was no description of the issues with the item. There were more issues with the item then what the pictures showed. The picture made the item look better than what it was. The item was packed in a box too small for the item, causing the seller having to bend the card to fit the box. There was no protective packing material. There was no communication as to why it took multiple days to ship. If the item wasn't hard to find, I would return it.
