    Great product and value

    Excellent printer, Had been using 2 in current retail store, opened an additional store and needed a reliable printer. Fast, quiet printer, like the thermal no need to keep replacing expensive cartridges. Little quirky to set up as windows will not install proper drivers, need OPOS drivers, which my POS support installed, and worked like a charm.

    Works as advertised

    Scores above are rather useless, my POS System did an upgrade and that required a printer that's either a IV or V, my III wouldn't do. Bought this one and it works as well as a thermal printer should. The only thing is that it was a touch louder than the old one, but it could be because it's quicker. I'm happy.
