My original order was a$1094 ($100 coupon used). They refunded my old order due to their failure in delivery. Then asked me to buy again to arrange re-delivery at price a$1204. Seller advised me to do price difference claim in Samsung website but it was rejected. Then Seller further said I should go to eBay and ask for my coupon back. Eventually much time wasted, and price went up, didn't get the refrigerator at all. I should have trusted other negative comments on this seller.

9 days after making the purchase and paying in full, Samsung cancelled my order without consultation as they said that they had run out of stock. This is also false advertising as you shouldn't be offering a product for sale, displaying multiple identical items as available for purchase, taking payment and then cancelling the order 9 days later. This product is still available for sale on their website for a higher price.

The phone was delivered within a week. Box slightly damaged. Great value overall. Samsung customer service was pathetic. They gave me the wrong tracking number. When I messaged them for the correct tracking number, they palmed me of to a 1300 number that wasn't able to help, instead of providing the correct number. I contacted them again. No response. Phone turned up 4 days later. Then after a week, they finally contacted me with the correct tracking. Seems to be a theme they should rectify.
