Seller sent me damaged items says the items are insured at the postal service,but dosen't understand that the seller has to file the claim, as the sender. I would urge people not to ever purchase anything from this seller because he is very dishonest,not a good seller at all.

I'm very sorry for the bad experience that you had. It was said that two pieces, in the box, were chipped in route, but I didn't get any pictures. I let the buyer know that the carrier insured the package completely. Seller or buyer can initiate the return. I haven't received any package just of yet. I will update.
