overall positive, seller communication is quick however sometimes lacking detail. the use of Aramex couriers is extremely disappointing as a customer, requiring multiple follow ups to get item delivered. Wrong item delivered initially, this was raised with seller and quickly rectified however using Aramex again. seller quick to resolve issues and keep customer satisfied, but uses low quality shipping method (Aramex).
