It doesn't make sense to me personally that a phone would be "unlocked" with any kind of "restrictions" on it, but that is what I was told about this particular phone by my "then" new provide. Seller stayed in touch with me throughout the buying process answering all my questions. The phone was like new. It asid open box condition and it was. Only problem I had was arriving on time. Seller shipped it next day like promised. It was time sensitive she to my mom's birthday. However it was late. It stated 2 to 4 day delivery. I got it 6 days after purchase which isn't a huge deal.
