1st the good things: Fair Price, fast shipping, great communication. Now the bad things: Arrived with 2 couplers broke, contacted seller, he offered to send replacement parts. I took car to local train store (receipt pictured). Seller refused to reimburse repair cost, blamed damage on shipper. Box was undamaged (pictures included), Train Store said car was not damaged during shipping. Offered to split $12 repair cost, seller never responded. Won't buy from this seller again. Bad Customer Service
