The item was in superb condition for the price and carefully shipped double wrapped in bubble wrap inside a hard cardboard box, so it arrived in just as great of condition as it had left in. My copy came with not only the poster but all of the original postcard mailers inside as well. Very glad to have gotten such a well cared for copy from a clearly outstanding seller! Thank you!

  • Zombies: Shoot At The Head!

Scary. Gory, but not so bad that you're puking instead of watching the film. One of the better zombie movies I've seen. Only problem (aside from all the gun-shooting on the plane, which would have crashed the aircraft) is that while zombies are [hopefully!] fictional, most people still recognize a zombie and are aware of the Rules of Zombie Killing. In other words, if you were holding a gun, and a corpse suddenly re-animated and began eating someone, at what part of the corpse would you aim your gun? You know the answer. But the people on this plane didn't. I kept screaming, "Shoot him in the head!" as the onscreen shooters persisted in shooting the zombies in the chest, stomach, and legs. Of course the zombies got up and kept coming. A golf pro, obviously ...

  • A great modern day B movie

When a movie is a blatant rip off, as this one is, you should know not to expect something good. But, Flight of the Living Dead surprised me by delivering a fun, gory, exciting picture. Sure, the acting isn't great, but that can be overlooked once the action gets rolling. The movie takes some time to develop, especially since there are a lot of characters, but once the zombies start attacking the film becomes great. The action doesn't stop, and quite a few dialogue scenes, especially between the cop and criminal, are hilarious. After you get through the padded beginning, you'll learn to love this film. Definetly try it

  • Flight Of The Living Dead

On a flight from Los Angeles to Paris, a mad scientist on the run from the CIA is transporting a coffin containing the body of a colleague infected with a genetically modified virus. While the 747 crosses a violent thunderstorm, the instability of the aircraft allows the corpse to get out of its container. The flesh-eating zombie quickly starts to spread the virus, infecting many of the passengers which now will have to fight for their lives stranded in the air with no way out. It was a "decent" movie, I use that term loosely. I thought it was going to be a better movie. All it is is another person that wants to think they can make a movie about zombies, if you want to make a quality movie about zombies, directors need to think in the term of zombies that are are and look ...

  • Just When you thought it wasSafe to Fly Again! Decent!!

Hey I actually liked it!! I am a huge Zombie fan and this one makes the grade though I am not sure whether it was good enough to make it into my library!! I can't say that for the Land of the Dead and some of the recent others! My absolute favorite will be the Classic Night of the Living Dead followed closely by the recent Dawn of the Dead. The 28 Days series is pretty good. To a lesser degree the Resident Evil Trilogy was good..with each new installment moving away from the typical Zombie Genre! This wasn't trying to be a blockbuster and it succeeded in being a Great Zombie movie within that arena!!

  • "Flight of the Dead" is dead on arrival. Grade: D+

Don't expert any George A. Romero quality in "Flight of the Dead," as this film is pretty much dead on arrival. The zombie "rules" don't apply in this film (ie: only headshots take out the undead, etc) and shooting limitless ammo inside a plane would turn the cabin into Swiss cheese, thus losing cabin pressure and crashing the craft pretty early in the movie. If you can suspend your complete disbelief, maybe you won't feel completely cheated out of an hour-and-a-half of your life...but I wasn't able to and I'm a BIG zombie film fan (Romero classics and low budget garage flicks alike). I was excited by the promo trailer for this movie when I first saw it, but the final film product is absolutely nothing like the preview.
