This seller handled an issue quickly and went above and beyond. There were a few bits of damage that weren’t obvious in the description or photos. When I told the seller this and made clear that I had no intention of returning the item, I expected only an acknowledgment. But the seller replied literally 10 minutes later and told me they issued a refund. Understand that the seller didn’t have to do that. They basically turned a mildly disappointed customer into a happy one.
