Finally...a comfortable way to carry my hand cannon!
This is the most comfortable means I have found to carry a large revolver. Keep in mind we aren’t talking about a small concealable semi-auto, this holster is meant to make light work of carrying a 4 or 5 pound plus hand cannon when afield. Certainly if you adjust everything right and wear very bulky clothes I suppose you could conceal it, but It is designed to put the revolver front and center at your finger tips while distributing the weight between shoulders and waist. I would recommend it for that purpose.This is the most comfortable means I have found to carry a large revolver. 460 holster
I think this was originally designed for the S&W 500 but the 460 XVR fits perfectly. And since the XVR has a muzzle brake on a 7.5 in barrel it uses up the extra length of the holster. They give you lots of extra strap so you can fit it and cut off the excess. The cartridge loops are a tad big and the 460 rounds almost fall thru because they were sized for the 500 mag rounds. I cant complain as this came with the holster and normally cost $45-$55 extra. I got every thing for less than retail for just the holster. A very nice rig.. Also I think I can buy separate holsters from other sources for other pistols and interchange them with the harness. Even if you have to pay full price for one this is among the best out there. Perfect fit for my S&W 500 Mag. Was able to get it shipped to my PO Box in Bethel, Alaska. We have a lot of mailing issues here in the bush. There is no door to door mail delivery here. I am 400 air miles from Anchorage. The only way into Bethel is by air. I appreciate that they were able to ship to my PO Address. The one customer I went to first was unable to ship to my PO Box.
