The item was exactly as described, arrive in a timely fashion, and was well packaged for item protection. Upon arrival the item was unpacked and in perfect condition. The only possible point of contention would be the strong presence of cigarette smoke odor. No big deal in our situation because the product is metal and is easy to clean; however, one might reconsider if purchasing a product where neutralizing odor would be difficult. I would definitely consider buying from this seller again.
