Leider läuft die Lösung des Supportproblemes überhaupt nicht mehr gut. Mann wird genötigt eine positive Bewertung abzugeben, damit der Ersatz versendet wird. Es wird aber kein Ersatzartikel für defektes Gerät geliefert. Der Kontakt stellt sich Dumm und schreibt immer wieder die gleichen Fragen und versucht sich im Kreise zu drehen.
