The seller IS a scammer. I didn't read reviews before purchasing because I was in a rush to buy this particular sea turtle lamp as it is what my mother asked for for her birthday. I received a very cheap, poorly painted plastic tortoise that looks nothing like the picture and instead of just having to deal with the disappointment of finding a new gift, I am dealing with the seller disregarding my refund request and actually trying to bargain a partial refund with me. First $5, then $8, now $10??

Item was late a day but it was not the seller’s fault they sent the item quickly. It was USPS that caused it to be late. I reached out to seller to let them know and they reached back out that day and kept me updated on the status of my item. Item was as described.
