Reinforcement stitching at stress points. Plastic base is thick and strong. Zip is big and smooth. I'm a perfectionist and when I looked over this bag there was nothing I could fault it on. I'm using it to carry emergency tools and the jack in the boot of my car, for which it is perfect. The bag stays open when unzipped thanks to thick wire frames around the mouth (but not hinged).

Finally received a message over the email but no resolution. Found out the freight company has a really bad reputation. Received the product after my trip unfortunately.
