I purchased two electroculture kits on Nov 26 2023. Order arrived on Dec 11 2023, I did not receive the one pound (weight) spool of copper wire, per kit, as advertised. Instead I received a copper wire spool that weighed a couple of ounces and the wire was the thickness of dental floss. I contacted this supplier to complain. Was not happy with their responses. I complained to ebay management, the supplier offered me a $10.00 refund. This I accepted but it's now Jan 9 2024 and still nothing.
