Good idea but the feet need to be sorted
The tray came with four rubber corners/feet not shown in advert which would be a good idea for keeping the tray off the worktop and allow an air flow. However, these do not stay on at all. I would have returned for refund but feet are not mentioned so felt I could not do this. I tried to hot glue them on with some success. The defrosting element appears to work although I’ve only used it a couple of times so far. Looked as expected but didn't work as expected.
May be i was expecting to much or i wasn't using it the way i was supposed to but it didn't work as quick as i thought it would. There were no instruction with it so i was unsure which side to use, tried both just got the same result. Disappointing.
